We process personal data of our users only insofar as this is required to provide a functional website and to deliver our content and services. When this website is accessed, technical information is automatically captured by our hosting provider and stored in so-called server log files:

This data is processed exclusively for the stable operation of the website, for error analysis and for defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is deleted after 30 days at the latest.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes personal data on our behalf within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Contact via email

If you contact us via email (info@ventiuno.io), the personal data transmitted will be stored to process the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and/or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

6. Google Fonts

We embed typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) using heavy browser caching. On first load the font is fetched once from the Google CDN; the user's IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent website presentation).

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies and no analytics tool. We only use technically necessary storage mechanisms where required at all.
